I wanted to take a moment and share with you some of the exciting developments that are happening in the local real estate market, and show you some of the ways that I am taking advantage of new technology to help connect buyers with sellers. After more than 20 years in both the banking and real estate industries, I decided to move agencies to RE/MAX in downtown Andover. There I have been able to assemble a team to incorporate the latest technologies in my marketing efforts. I understand that your home is your most valuable possession, and that you want someone to treat it that way. That is why every home I list gets documented, marketed, and shown in unique ways that help them stand out and get the attention that they deserve.
Here are some current examples of what I mean:
1) Each home is artfully documented in high quality professional photo and video. Gone are the poorly lit, lean into a corner, out of focus pictures that so many properties receive. Here are examples from two currently available homes that I have listed.
2) Each property also gets a dedicated page on my blog: vvaleri.com where all the photo and video, property details, plot plans, mls data, etc get posted and stored. Today far more information than can be shared via the MLS is available to buyers, this blog page collects all of it so it is easy to share with buyers I meet.

3) Social media helps me expose the properties I list to an exponentially growing audience. With My personal facebook profile, a facebook page called Homes of the Andovers and the largest twitter following of any Realtor in the area the ability to post and share the photo and video my team creates is crucial to doing everything I can to help sell a Home.
This year I have embraced the use of Twitter and have one of if not the largest following of any Andover area realtor, with one closed and one potential deal sourced from Twitter I believe that building a following and leveraging it to get eyeballs on my listings will help me sell property faster and at higher prices.
I leverage twitter to share news about properties and the market, you can see my current follower count on the top right.I recently launched a Facebook page dedicated to the real estate market in the Andovers, as we build its reach we have the goal of being a place where local people in the housing market can find, discuss, and share news and properties of interest.
In short, your Home Deserves this kind of Attention when you sell, it is your biggest investment and one that I take very seriously.
